1. Acceptance
By accessing liveblazy.com (the "Site") or purchasing any Blazy product, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or buy our products.
2. Age requirement and eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase hemp-derived cannabinoid products in your state of residence to use the Site or purchase any Blazy product. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and that your purchase is lawful where you live. We may cancel any order we reasonably believe violates this requirement.
3. Product description and claims
Blazy products are hemp-derived beverages made from hemp containing less than 0.3% Δ9 THC by dry weight, consistent with the 2018 Farm Bill. We make no medical claims. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Effects vary by individual. Consume responsibly.
4. Orders, pricing, and availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or inventory limitations. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice, but we honor the price at the time your order is placed and accepted.
5. Shipping and delivery
See the Shipping Policy. An adult 21+ must sign at delivery. We do not ship to states where we are not permitted to do so. Risk of loss transfers to you at delivery.

7. Account responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) resell our products without prior written authorization; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Site; (d) use
the Site to transmit malicious code or unsolicited communications; (e) misrepresent your age or eligibility; or (f) purchase our products for anyone under 21.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and trademarks — is owned by Blazy or used under license and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
10. User-generated content
If you post reviews, photos, or other content to the Site or tag us on social media, you grant Blazy a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content in our marketing, subject to our content standards. You represent that you own or have the rights to what you post and that it does not violate anyone else's rights.

The Site may link to third-party sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLAZY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
13. Assumption of risk
Hemp Δ9 THC beverages can cause effects that vary by individual. Do not consume Blazy products if you are pregnant, nursing, under 21, taking medication, have a medical condition that may be affected by THC, or plan to drive, operate heavy machinery, or perform any activity that requires full attention within several hours of consumption. You assume all risk associated with consumption.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLAZY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR A PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Blazy harmless against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute (to the extent not subject to arbitration) lies in the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase of Blazy products will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. YOU AND BLAZY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
You may opt out of the arbitration and class-action waiver within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to legal@liveblazy.com.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or a purchase after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when changes took effect.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full force.
19. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Blazy and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
