What we ship
Blazy ships hemp-derived Δ9 THC beverages produced from hemp containing less than 0.3% Δ9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on a dry-weight basis, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill (Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018).
Who can buy
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase. We verify age at the point of order, and orders are shipped with an adult-signature-required service. We may cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe to be placed by or for a person under 21.
Where we ship
At this time, Blazy ships to the following US states:
Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
We do not ship to any other US state, the District of Columbia, US territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Our cart will block orders from restricted ZIP codes at checkout and your payment method will not be charged.
This list is updated as state laws and our distribution capabilities change. If your state isn't currently open, you can subscribe on the product page to be notified when it is. Last updated: 2026-04-21.

Carrier, speed, and cost
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT on a business day typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after that window ship the next business day.
• We ship via UPS or FedEx with adult signature required (21+).
• Estimated transit: 2–5 business days for standard ground. Expedited shipping is offered at checkout.
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders (threshold shown in cart).
• We do not ship on federal holidays, weekends, or during weather events that make the shipment unsafe for our products.
Climate and product integrity
Our products are stable at room temperature but perform best when stored cool. During peak summer, we may ship in insulated packaging at no additional cost. We do our best but we
cannot guarantee temperature control in transit — if your product arrives warm, it is still safe to consume once cooled.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS (if opted in) once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to populate.
Adult signature
An adult 21 or older must be present to sign for the package at delivery. The carrier will check ID. If no one is available to sign after three attempts, the package will be returned to us and we will refund the order minus a restocking and return-shipping fee (see Return Policy).
Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
• If tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, building staff, and any hidden spots; then contact us within 7 days at support@liveblazy.com.
• If the package is marked delayed or in transit more than 10 business days, contact us and we will file a carrier claim and ship a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Because our carriers require adult signature, theft is rare; however, we will work with you on any case-by-case basis.
Order changes and cancellations
We begin processing orders very quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us within 30 minutes of placing it and we will do our best. After that window, we may not be able to intercept.
Incorrect address
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. We will work with you in good faith on a resolution, but re-ship costs may apply.
International shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time.
