The short version

Because Blazy is a perishable beverage with regulated hemp cannabinoids, we cannot accept returns of products once they have left our facility. We will, however, replace or refund damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. Full details below.

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives with visibly damaged packaging or product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Photos of the outer shipping box

• Photos of the damaged product and any packaging materials inside

• Your order number

We will replace or refund the damaged units (at our discretion) at no cost to you. Please do not discard the damaged product until we confirm resolution — we may need photos for the carrier claim.

Defective product

If your product is leaking, off-flavor, or otherwise not as expected, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description. We will replace the defective units or refund you at our discretion. In some cases we may ask you to dispose of the defective product per local regulations; please follow any instructions we provide and do not ship it back unless specifically requested.

Wrong product or quantity

If you received the wrong SKU or the wrong number of units, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct product at no cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item if needed.

Change of mind

Because our product is perishable and regulated, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind after a shipment has left our facility. If your order has not yet shipped and you contact us within 30 minutes of placing it, we can cancel and refund.

Age-verification failures

If you cannot produce a valid government-issued ID showing that you are 21 or older at delivery, the package will be returned to us. We will refund your order minus outbound shipping, inbound return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Subscription orders

You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Subscription orders that have already shipped are subject to the same rules above — we cannot refund change-of-mind on shipped product, but we can always adjust your next order.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of confirmation. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund, depending on your card issuer.
