The basics: what is this, and what does it do?

What is Blazy, exactly?

Blazy is a hemp Δ9 THC seltzer. Each 12 oz can has 10 milligrams of hemp-derived Δ9 tetrahydrocannabinol — the same THC you'd find in cannabis, just sourced from federally legal hemp instead of a dispensary. It's federally permitted under the 2018 Farm Bill. It's third-party lab tested every batch. You can read the COA for your exact can on the product page.

Will it actually do something?

Yes. Most people describe a gentle buzz that shows up around 10–15 minutes after your first sip and settles into a pleasant 60–90 minute lift. It's not dramatic. You won't forget your name. You'll feel like a slightly looser, slightly more social version of yourself — and then you'll come back down. Effects vary by person; start with one can.

Is this going to get me "high"?

We don't love that word (partly because of platform rules, partly because it oversells it). 10 milligrams is a low, starter dose. Most people feel noticeably lifted but clear-headed. If you've had a strong edible before — this is not that. If this is your first THC anything, start slow and let the first can work before you reach for a second.

How long until I feel it? How long does it last?

Onset: usually 10–15 minutes after your first sips, because Blazy uses nano-emulsified THC (translation: tiny droplets your body can absorb quickly). Duration: 60–90 minutes for most people. You won't lose a whole afternoon to it. You won't wake up Monday still feeling Sunday.

Will I have a hangover?

No. Blazy contains zero alcohol. The thing that gives you a hangover is ethanol, and we don't have any. People typically wake up clear-headed, rested, and a little annoyed that they didn't try this sooner.

What's "Δ9"? What's "hemp-derived"?

Δ9 (delta-9) is the specific compound most people mean when they say "THC" — it's the one associated with the classic feel. "Hemp-derived" means our Δ9 comes from hemp plants containing less than 0.3% Δ9 by dry weight, which makes it federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. Short version: same molecule you know, different and legal source.

Is Blazy a CBD drink?

No. Blazy is a THC drink. CBD is a different cannabinoid — it's usually used for mellow non-intoxicating effects. You wouldn't feel much from a CBD-only seltzer. Blazy is specifically formulated with Δ9 THC so you actually feel something.

Dosing, safety, and who shouldn't drink this

How much should I have?

Start with one can. Wait 30 minutes. If you want more, have another. Most people find their sweet spot at 1–2 cans. If you're a more seasoned THC drinker you might go to three, but we'd rather you go home feeling like yourself than feeling like a warning label.

Can I drink Blazy with alcohol?

We don't recommend it. Alcohol intensifies THC for a lot of people, and the combination tends to turn a fun night into a "why am I on the couch" night. If you're switching drinks in a session, give yourself some time and water between them.

Can I drink and drive?

No. Please don't. Blazy is a THC beverage; THC can impair your reaction time, judgment, and coordination, and it is illegal to drive impaired. Wait until the effects have fully worn off before operating anything with wheels, blades, or high elevation.

Who shouldn't drink Blazy?

• Anyone under 21.

• Anyone who is pregnant or nursing.

• Anyone taking medication that could interact with THC — check with your doctor.

• Anyone with a medical condition that might be affected by THC — same.

• Anyone who has to drive, operate heavy machinery, or do work that requires full attention in the next few hours.

Can I take it on a plane?

We can't give you legal advice on this. Hemp Δ9 is federally permitted under the 2018 Farm Bill, but state laws vary, and TSA's posture is evolving. Some airports are relaxed; some are not. Our honest suggestion: ship to your destination and drink it there.

Will this show up on a drug test?

Possibly. Standard drug tests detect THC metabolites regardless of whether the THC came from hemp or cannabis. If your job, sport, or parole requires passing a drug test, skip Blazy. We can't guarantee a negative result.

Is Blazy addictive?

We're not going to make categorical claims about any substance. THC use has a range of outcomes for different people. If you're concerned about your relationship with any substance — including ours — please talk to a qualified professional.

Legality

How is this legal?

The 2018 Farm Bill (Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018) removed hemp from the Controlled Substances Act and defined it as cannabis containing less than 0.3% Δ9 THC by dry weight. Blazy is made from compliant hemp. We test every batch with an accredited third-party lab and publish the COA on every product page.

Is this legal in my state?

Mostly yes, but a handful of states restrict or prohibit hemp Δ9 beverage shipments. Our cart automatically blocks orders to ZIP codes in those states — so if you can check out, we can ship to you. If your state is in flux, we recommend checking our Shipping Policy for the current list.

Do I have to be 21?

Yes. Blazy is 21+ only. We age-gate our site, we verify at checkout, and the carrier will require a signature from an adult 21+ at delivery.

What's a COA and why should I care?

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the lab report for the specific batch of product you received. It confirms the actual Δ9 THC content, that we're under the 0.3% threshold, and that common contaminants (heavy metals, pesticides, microbials, residual solvents) are absent or below allowable limits. You can scan the QR code on your can or look up the batch on our website.

Ordering, shipping, and returns

How fast will my order ship?

Orders placed before noon PT on a business day usually ship the same business day. After that, the next business day. Transit is typically 2–5 business days by ground.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We don't — we use adult-signature-required shipping, and PO boxes can't accept signed deliveries.

Someone needs to sign at delivery?

Yes. An adult 21+ has to sign for the package. If no one's home, the carrier makes a few attempts; if it keeps missing, the package comes back to us and we refund your order minus outbound and return shipping costs.

My order arrived damaged. Help.

Sorry about that. Please take photos of the outer box and the damaged cans, then email support@liveblazy.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund. Don't throw anything out until we confirm.

Can I return Blazy?

Because we're a perishable, regulated beverage, we can't accept returns for change of mind. We will absolutely replace or refund damaged, defective, or wrong-product orders. See the Return Policy for the full rules.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Log into your account and you can pause, skip, or cancel any time. If your next order has already shipped, it's on its way — but we can always adjust future shipments.

Storage, handling, and drink tips

How do I store Blazy?

Cool, dark, and dry. A normal pantry is fine. The fridge is better — especially before drinking. Heat isn't great for cannabinoid stability, so don't leave it in a hot car for a day.

What's the shelf life?

Best-by date is printed on the can. Unopened and stored properly, you've got plenty of runway. Once opened, drink it like any carbonated beverage — within a day or two.

Should I drink it cold?

Yes. Room-temp hemp seltzer is not a vibe. Chill it first.

Can I mix Blazy with other drinks?

Sure. People mix it with juice, cold brew, or seltzers. Don't mix with alcohol (see above). And remember that adding other drinks doesn't change the Δ9 dose — it just disguises it, which is how people accidentally have too much.

How many should I buy for a group?

Rough math: one can per adult per 1.5 hours. For a brunch or a dinner party, a 12-pack covers 6–8 people. For a longer hang, round up.
